Tarangire National Park is one of northern Tanzania’s most unique safari destinations. Located about 2–3 hours from Arusha, it is famous for its large elephant herds, vast savannahs, and striking baobab trees 🌳. The park covers approximately 2,850 km², including the Tarangire River, which sustains wildlife during the dry season, drawing huge concentrations of elephants 🐘, buffalo 🐃, and other wildlife.
